    Hi all! :)
This looks like a pretty authorative forum so I'm hoping someone here can help me with my question: Does anyone have any experience they can offer about BT's Netprotect antivirus software & specifically it's compatability with Vista?
Thanks in advance for any feedback! :)

BT Netprotect is basically a repacked version of Norton Antivirus 2007 + Firewall.

Yes, its Vista compatible. But Norton 2007 was pagued with many issues including system slow down and overall sluggishness. Its not even comparable to the NEW IMPROVED norton 2009 series.

IMO, there are better (free and paid ) products available than Norton 2007. Since, you seem an average user, I would recommend Norton Internet Security 2009. Its compatible with Vista and runs light as a feather. Plus it takes care of everything, without bothering the average user with many pop-ups.

    Hope I could help.

It is a rebranded version of Norton.

    EDIT Beat me to it.

Norton 2007? Maybe that is a typo. Why offer an old version of this software?
