Browser Hijack Blaster IE6 error

    I have Browser Hijack Blaster enabled and it has four unchangeable switches. One of these warns if IE home page is changed. The problem is that, without warning, it pops up to tell me my page has chnaged from what it should be, to "blank". I try to reject the change over and over, but the message keeps repeating. When I close the window, I can't us IE any more until I reboot - it simply won't load.
    Has anyone any ideas on this?
