yup theres two kinds of cpu one that you mention but it was limited and being used on a jet and a piolet for the jet but it had spechial training and takes extream concentration room that the guy alo has some un natural ablitys and thats how the software works reads brain activity and eye movement but the training for it took years then theres a bilogical pc thats like something from sci fi perty sure that got scraped it was bilogical matrial that look kinda like sea weed lol or a nuculess of some sort
