Bouncing EMail / No reaction

    I'm sorry, but I don't see any other way than to post this in a public forum. After finding out that True Image didn't work correctly on my computer (does "image currupt" ring a bell?), I tried to contact Acronis for a refund as described here:

    Two emails I've sent have bounced back from (and yes, the emails were sent from different IP addresses/ ISPs and so on)

    Then I tried the feedback form -- no reaction.

    Could somebody from Acronis please tell me a *working* email address?
