Microsoft pushed four separate patches in March, including one to plug a leaked hole and another to fix a bug in an earlier patch, but never mind. The problems with the March patches are reasonably well understood. Now would be a good time to get them installed.

My Windows time did not update automatically here in UK today to reflect Daylight Saving.
It was set to do so. I just turned off 'Set the time Automatically' off and then back on again to make it change.

The forthcoming Patch Tuesday, on 14 April, will see as many as 500 vulnerabilities released by the likes of Microsoft and Oracle, causing a phenomenon dubbed the ‘Fujiwhara effect’. Such a security event is ordinarily rare, with the last one before 2020 occurring in 2014.

This year has been no stranger to coordinated bug fixes, with next Tuesday representing the second ‘Fujiwhara effect’ in 2020, according to Risk Based Security. This is in addition to a third event scheduled to hit on 14 July.
This coming Tuesday may see as many as 300 to 500-plus fixes released, according to forecasts. This is significantly higher than average, with roughly 60 flaws published per day, normally.

The last cyber security ‘Fujiwhara effect’ on 14 January, saw more than ten major software players participate, including Adobe, SAP, Schneider Electric, VMWare, Intel, as well as Oracle and Microsoft, among others.

With all the problems we’re having, the last thing you need is a bum patch throwing your system (or your family's systems) for a loop. Take a couple of minutes right now and make sure you have Windows automatic updating set to pause. Tell your friends, too.

Yes, I search for updates manually. So far I never received Optional updates offered.
I have updates for other MS products enabled.
I checked ShutUp10 settings and don't have it disabled there.
I also don't have policy changed in Updates section.

Windows update shows that this policy is managed by organization, though I didn't find relevant policy setting:

It's also about drivers so IMO it shouldn't affect Optional updates.

OK, I've figured it out. I had features updates deferred and it looks like Optional updates are deferred by it also.

The Windows 10 version 1903 and 1909 Patch Tuesday patch for this month, KB 4549951, has drawn lots of criticism (and more than a few clickbaity headlines) for bugs and crashes. We’re seeing a reappearance of the old race condition/temporary profile bug, but the rest look like one-offs. Do you sense a pattern?
