    Yeah, since the image format change and subsequent incompatability with BING I've had to adjust my 'routines' a bit.
    I was a slow adopter of IFW v2.x as I so loved the restore from the boot with BING, much less fiddly and more GUI friendly than IFD Boot or BartPE I think.

    Do you have IDE HDs? My test computer does and if I load the UDMA driver, BING works three times faster. The driver doesn't help SATA HDs.

    I really don't know if I have ide hds. All I know is that I have 2 hitachi hts542525k9a300.

    I think they are SATA HDs.

    Do you have the latest BIOS? Old BIOSs can be slow if they default to PIO mode. I'd contact TeraByte Support and let them know about the slow speed. I've found Support very helpful.
