other than the builtin bookmark manager is there a program or app to export or import bookmarks / favourites into and sort them and save any changes ?
any browser can export/import as "bookmarks.html". modify it if you dare but it is not convenient to work on bookmarks as html and to reimport it. which browser is concerned?
If it might helps you can Browse GitHub projects and often times discover some fairly useful programs for nearly everything and anything. Just takes some focused time and effort. Haven't run upon a nice standalone Bookmarks Proggy since XP but i'm sure someone is put something together and left it at that. Cheerio
