Anybody else having trouble updating BoClean?

I am sure it is my worthless ISP again.
Thinking I need to change.

No, controler meant signatures update. There is no new version AFAIK.

Is anyone else having problems updating BOClean? On my laptop I'm getting; "ERROR!! NOT connected. Check connection or firewall settings".
I've read that this can be a temporary problem caused by my ISP, but my desktop, which uses the same broadband modem/connection is updating fine. Disabling the firewall doesn't help either? Anyone any ideas?
EDIT: Solved: Uninstalling firewall and reinstalling has fixed it.
