Blue Screen

    Hello,
    i have Acronis True Imageserver 7, Build 627 on a Windows 2000 Server included alle Patches.
    When i start True Image or i navigate in the Acronismenus, then it ist
    possible that i get a blue screen with following messages (see below)

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (hal.dll)

    Can someone help me?
