blocking Salesforce.com add-in!

    I'm not sure why but ESET is blocking the installation of the Salesforce.com Outlook Edition add-in upon start up of Outlook. This is a major pain and has never happened to me on any other PC using any other virus software! I can't figure out how to get this to work. Any advice is appreciated.

    What is the complete and exact error message, if any, you receive from your copy of ESET NOD32 Antivirus?
