Blocking illegal IP addresses

Hello!

I made a list of IP addresses/masks that should be blocked because they are reserved and they might show up because of an error or from spoofing. In either case, it is better to block them.

Block illegal IP addresses

My questions to the firewall guru's are:
1) Are those addresses right?
2) Should we block all traffic from those addresses? Even ICMP, etc... With the exception of broadcasts if we need them.
