Hello,

Am a university student,, having a proxy server.

Have a problem getting onto live chat on a site. Am able to get into the site, but after using the user name and password,, getting through is not possible.
The university have blocked the chatting within the site. Was able to access it outsite the univ,

How could i surpass this block?

Your best bet would be to contact the universities IT support, to find out if it is something they are indeed blocking; it could also be an issue with the proxy itself; and/or the ports they allow communications on. In the end they are the only authority that will have all the necessary info/background info to assist you.

If they are indeed denying access for whatever reason, that is something we can't/won't help you bypass.
