It is an issue with newer winapp2.ini. Bleachbit 4.6.2 is fine with winapp2.ini Version: 210913. Another problem I found in the new beta 4.9.2, they are making it non working in Safe-mode except when you have a network connection. One more problem, I have rundll blocked for internet connnection, takes a full minute to start up. No reason for this, this is a Bleachbit problem. As far as settings all are checked except for "Free disk space", and "Cached file extensions"
