Bitdefender AV 2017 Security Problem?

    I'm running Windows 10 and uninstalled Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017. AFTER, the factory uninstaller finished (before reboot), Glasswire showed Bitdefender Agent continuing to run and send data somewhere. Even after the reboot, after uninstalling the AV, Glasswire showed Bitdefender Agent continuing to send data somewhere.

    Any thoughts? Just a problem with the uninstaller or something else?

    You have to uninstall Bitdefender Agent separate, try Revo uninstaller to remove it.

    But that's weird, right? Why is that still running and not uninstalled?

    Because uninstaller (especially from Bitdefender) are not really perfect.
