Ok, Then is the normally downloaded bios with installer + bios, understood executed, by me pressing F12 > flash bios > path... and be executed & the code for "install" be ignored? If the install routine contained in dl'd bios, ignored at F12, flash bios? If ignored, it only sees the intended code
then on the reboot superfluous code is not seen on the bios update routine. No harm no foul? Would the bios routine un zip the actual update, dl'd from Dell. The normal install begins in windows so where would the actual bios file be un-zipped.
