Hello, Last week I sent in a request for Acronis support, paid for if necessory, regarding an unusual message from my machine's BIOS that my "good space map was corrupt", following an image restoration to that disk by ATI I received an (automated) response numbered 312504. That request included the Acronis System Report and the MSinfo report (*.nfo) as attachments. I expected to be contacted by an Acronis support engineer last week. At the risk of generating additional paperwork, can you tell me if my request made its way beyond the canned "response" and if it is being acted on by Acronis? Regards, Jim Hamill.
