big problem- canot Explorer Image Or assign drive

I Download the last Acronis True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server
and i canot
Explorer Image
Or assign drive
i tray it on windows 2003 sp1 AND windows 2000
and i disappointed !!!!

i work in BIG elctric compay

and we wont to test it befor we buy it

do you have a solution for this problem ??
