big bug with windows seven

    hi,
    sorry for my bad english !

    i run last beta of prevx on windows seven 64 bits, i have a big bug because my prevx disable and close "automatic"

    i see icon on systray leaving about 1-2 hours :'(
    i use comodo firewall (free) and microsoft security essentials

    Hello,
    Could you please confirm that you are using build v3.0.4.195? The earlier versions had an incompatibility with Comodo which could explain what you are seeing :)

    with version Prevx RC 3.0.4.183 --> Prevx RC 3.0.4.195 64 bits prevx crashing (disable and leaving process). it at any time

    I make hijackthis if you want see my software in computer :

    and prevx log :

    all softwares are updated and with legal license (not cracked).

    Thank you for the information - some of the functionality in the RC was incorrectly enabled in build 183 which "could" be causing the issues you are experiencing. Could you try uninstalling your current version and then downloading 195 again from http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=edgebeta ?

    Of course, if the problem persists, let me know and I'll see if there is something else going wrong :)

    ok I remove prevx, reboot and Dl your 32 bits version, i wait and you say if it crash

    i can't install 32 bits version (your lin is 32 bits and not 64) :

    yes (i know link) but i want know if i forcing install 32 bits version or 64 bits ?

    ok I re-install last version 64 bits but if i make errror say me.

    The link I posted is for the 64bit only! You say you are using 64bit right?

    yes i use 64 bits but prevxhelper give 32 bits link.
    i thinked pprevxwhelper want forcing install 32 bits version ?

    i have install 64 bits version and actived...i wait if i see crash, i reply tomorrow.

    :oops: Yes :) I typed the 32bit link subconsciously apparently! The link Triple Helix has posted is correct :)

    computer was run 5:00 am at 5:00 pm and prevx don't crash i think was been resolved by reinstall.
