Yes , I understand you . I think that ESS beta 1b is ok and half done . I myself couldn't find anything to worry me dramatically in it . I use it on test computer , I have run real threats against it , I have tested the firewall , it runs fine and I like it . All the bugs I could find were all fixed in beta1b . As announced beta2 should include almost all (if not all) reported bugs fixed , right click scan , x64 support so this will make it 75% ready (IMO) . Then ESET will light it and soon it should be ready , that is what I think . So I personally believe the end of 2008 is too late for not a *buggy* and stable software . Everything's possible but ...
