Beta 5 will not let me update

    It keeps giving me a message about incorrect username and password. I went to the update setup page and the username and password were not filled in. I filled them in and hit update now, but it still will not accept the username and password that I am using. What's going on here?

    This might have been my mistake. When I cut and pasted the username and password into the correct fields, I must have gotten a space or something into the password field. I typed it in manually and it updated just fine.

    I've done that before, when cut/pasting a space is often added at the beginning or end.
    Glad to see its working fine now :)

    I have the same problem with not being able to update.

    I enter the correct user name and password and NOD32 will not accept them either.

    No update.

    I wonder if this is an issue with this latest beta(5)?

    My subscription should expire in July if my memory serves me correctly.

    *Windows XP Home,NOD32 beta 5*
