    Hi guys,
    I,m actually new to this forum,can anyone assist me with a program to remove a popup message that ask for my bank account deatils and if the wrong characters r entered a blue screen of death appears.

    Totally agree with snowbound's suggested programs.

    If the rogue pop-up won't let you do a scan with those programs, you might need to do the scans in safe mode.
