What beautiful little bunnies!!!I sure hope they will be ok,good thing you moved them from where the dog is!I hope he dont find them--watch for cats--there even worse than dogs where rabbits are concerned.I had a pet bunny when I was young,and it was in a cage-also had a cat--well I wont go in to what happened but it was terrible I cant get over how cute those rascals are!!
