BartPE can't restore Image

I have installed the "True Image 8.0 Enterprise Server for Windows 15 days trial" build 1143 (the last build). I have done an image of a Windows 2003 server. Then I have built a BartPE disk with the True Image plugin included in the installation. When I try to restore the image on the original disk using BartPE I have a problem, a True Image error appear:

"The logical disk you have choosen is currently in use. Click more..."

The message appear also if the disk is NTFS formatted, so without any file.

What can i do?

There are several problems in Acronis True Image plug-in for BartPE. These problems are already fixed and the updated plug-in will be included into the new build of Acronis True Image Enterprise Server and Acronis True Image Corporate Workstation.
