I'm presently using WSA Essentials. If a get a WSA Complete key, do I need to uninstall and install a different excutable or just activate the new key in my actual setup?
Thanks! Now waiting for the keys. (bought Webroot Internet Security Complete and sent a PM to Webroot's support to convert the license to a WSA key)
Joe I still have many days left in my WSA Essentials license , if I buy one license in this promotion can I merge with my "old" key?
Yes, it worked! The french translation of "Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete" to "Webroot SecureAnywhere Terminé" is ridiculous though. Terminé is the translation of Completed, not of complete. What about simply "Webroot SecureAnywhere Complet" ? Best regards, François
If you could write into our customer support inbox to report any language/translation issues, that would get it resolved quickest Thanks!
So if I buy a key or even more then one for Webroot Secure Anywhere Complete today to get in on this wonderful deal and say 2013 version comes out early next year will I be able to use this key with the 2013 version too? Reason I am asking like some other users here I still have lots of months left on my current key and do not want to activate this new key just yet. Will this new key I get today be able to be activated on a new 2013 and beyond versions? I don't want to buy a new key today for a great deal just to only find out months later from now that the key is not able to activate on 2013 or newer releases.
At this point, we're allowing all upgrades to future products from previous licenses but exactly how the product types will be allocated has yet to be finalized.
Just an FYI, I made this purchase (5 user essentials license) a few weeks ago and contacted support afterwards. They merged my current license with the new one. Support was very helpful, and made the process simple and painless!
