Backup to RDX-Media

    we have got many problems with backup to RDX-Media, we using
    Acronis True Image 9.1 Server, and Acronis True Image Echo Serve with actuell Builds,
    When i start to creat an Task to backup the complete Server, Acronis is searching for partition 2-2, i cannot complete the task.
    i can complete the task when the rdx-Media ist outside from Tape
    but when i start the task to backup the Server the same problem.
    the backup still standing, and did not completed
    i have contact to acronis on more times, the support from acronis said, there is an update available, but nothing comes. The problem i have with backup acronis since 2 months, nothing get better
    when is the update available. o_O :( :mad:

    the request numbers are 1383883, 1475693 and 1488023
