    Hi,

    i made a full backup to DVD-RAM.
The second Volume should be named as "Volumen4", the first as "Volume1". After inserting the third volume, at 50% of process, TI9.0-3641 (German) ask to insert the Volume "Volume1" but none of the three DVDs are accepted?!

I think this is for verifying the backup-images.
But how to verify it if the volumes aren't indentified correctly?

    Any hints/tipps?

    regards
    Christian

    Hello Christian,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please note that the possible reason for this behavior is if you use "Validate backup archive upon operation completion" option. You can check this if Tools -> Options...-> Additional settings. Please disable this option and try to create backup once again. If the issue persists please try to use another type of DVD disks (DVD+R, DVR+RW, DVD-RW) and see if the issue persists.

Please note that you can validate the created image archive using Validate Archive tool (Tool -> Validate Archive) of Acronis True Image 9.0 Home.

    Thank you.
