Backup errors if Outlook is running...

Good day.

After doing a forum search I have been unable to find any solutions to correct the backup error problem if Outlook 2007 is running. Other programs seem to handle this situation, but TI Home 11 build 8101 will only run if I stop Outlook.

With this being the case, is there an update to correct this situation, or is there a command I can put into the backup that will close Outlook if it is running prior to the backup beginning?

Could you please provide us with the entire log file of the failed operation?

- Start Acronis True Image;
- Select Tools -> Show log;
- Choose the log entry which contains errors;
- Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;
- Attach the log file to your post.

Also, could you please let us know the size of the .pst file?
