I'm testing paragon hard disk manager 14 on Windows Server 2012 Essentials. The first problem I see running a backup is the error "file is locked" when the program attempts to backup the companies Quickbooks database. I'm sure users are logged into the database so is there a way to get it backed up without telling the users to log out of quickbooks first?
