Backdoor.tinydog removal?

    Now, I have become infected with Backdoor.tinydog. Nod32 didn't find it, my norton free scan did (I only have that installed because it's good at finding spyware). Now, I don't really care about nod32 finding it or not, all I care about is getting rid of it. Can anyone help?

    Oh, ran it on Virustotal
    Here's the results

    Edit: Posting results from online scanners is not permitted by TOS and thus they have been removed
