    Hmm, still doesn't explain the large temporary files that pop up that are infected. Everything seems clean now but I don't know how to do this again if I need to reinstall.

    weird, my antivirus didn't pick that files up as a virus.
    i'm using Symantec Antivirus version 9.0.1.1100 with scan enginer: 1.4.1.12
    no problem at all.

    Just had this false positive myself with Avast, newest definitions, had Ragnarok installed as well.

    Someone install Ragnarok on the network drive and everyone got infected by the trojan and cannot logon because Trend Micro blocked it.
