<B>AAAARRRGGHH cant install</B<

    Why am I even wasting time posting on a forum of a product I cant even install?? I like the feature set - but - Am I going to experience the same problems once I have bought the tools?? - Has anyone experienced the "cannot register problem" - is it Acronis' server or a firewall issue - Why is Acronis not publicly answering on this issueo_O The feature set is great - but - my data is precious and I am looking for a solution to protect my data -

    Hello xplorer,

    The problem is most probably caused by a server does not let the registration request from your computer pass to the server with the registration database.

    Sometimes it fails because of the network connection problems, firewall settings or for some other reasons. Please note that we can provide you with the link that does not require online registration.

    I seem to have the same problems with the registration. As I can't even install the demo version properly, I'm not very impressed so far despite glowing reports from friends in IT. I'm quite ready to pass this product in my evalution.

    If you can send me the link to the registration-less software, I'd be happy to give it a try, though.
