I noticed that AVZ Antiviral Toolkit has quite a variety of settings. I was wondering what most people recommend for various settings when cleaning/repairing an infected system. Please share your AVZ experiences.

    Thank you.

Get them to make an avz_sysinfo log, and then manually kill/quarantine/delete whatever you need with a nice script. I have always found that to be the most effective way to treat machines.

Bootcleaner can be used to get rid of (most) persistent files, and sysclean to give the registry a cleanup after removing files.
