    reading that just shows that the personal just gets re done GUI and not the proactiv BB.

    For AntiVir Personal, there will be :
    AntiVir ProActiv is only for Premium, Suite and Professional.

    Right now there are either no Avira products in beta test or you have not been selected by our administrators for available products.

    Please note that we will select testers based on the IT infrastructure configuration within the "My profile" section. Once you have been selected you will receive a notification email.

    What is your PC's configuration coz if you have Win7 or a 64bit system then you can selected by admins often. I too had to wait for a long time before I was allowed to test avira v10:)

    i find it kinda crappy how they arn't giving the free version more of a feature face lift like Avast did with their free version.

    i dont know just kinda disappointing is all. i really like avira personal.

    IMO, Avira10 Personal version + Threatfire will give anyone an AV/BB combo approximately equal in power to any Avira10-paid version. For free! And layered, to boot.

    Ya, if I had to choose - alone using a classicall HIPS - I would prefer Avira Pe + GesWall.

    is new one out in 9 days?? dying to try it anyone got set up personal one, dont want the suite or link to download it .:D :D :D


    Lets just hope they don’t accidentally delete userinit.exe or something more important.
