Absolutely, but you looked so dissapointed with the smiley and all, and I don't think one should really expect any special performance improvements for what is already the best performer, especially if improvements and additions in other areas are to be implemented.

Why would anyone download any antivirus or antispyware and then turn off some of the features of its protection and then say that it doesn't protect you from malware like it should?

It would seem to me that in order to get the full protection from Avira or any other program, You need to leave the core features turned on. Maybe it's just me.
