Avira still doesn't show its status properly in Guest account

    The age old problem still seems to be there. In guest account Avira reports that the OAS and Webguard are deactivated. Of course this is not true, as per Avira its a communication problem within its components.

    I understand that there is a workaround of using lmited user accounts instead of Guest account but its further limited than the limited user accounts. I don't see any harm in using a renamed Guest account.

    Also, from a programming point of view, the above workaround sounds more like an excuse to pass a fault as a feature.

    Don't get me wrong, but I think a wonderful engine should be accompanied by a wonderful application. Look at BitDefender for example. :p
