Avira Antivir free vs paid?

    Is there any difference in the AV protection level from the free to the paid?

    I know that you get an email scanner with the paid version, but anything else?

    I see that Antivir always does well on the AV comparatives and am wondering if the free version would score as good as the paid?

    the free vversion should score as well because the AV comparative tests don't include adware/spyware samples.
