Avira 9, Scan System Now (Not What You Think)

I have my scan Heuristic setting on high detection and Recursion depth at 40. But when I Run a scan from the main GUI (Scan System Now) I get the Medium detection and 20 depth on the Report File. You have to Manual create a scan in order to get the settings you have picked in the Configuration for the scanner (Manual Selection,File filter,scan all files). This is on there Forum under the thread (scan log file doesn't properly indicate level of detection heuristic). http://forum.avira.com/wbb/index.php?page=Board&boardID=131&6900a17b When you click (Scan System now) it would be nice to scan with the settings you picked.

How would the red icon from the main GUI near Last system scan dissapear?
If it's only when you scan with the settings made by them without exclusions than it sucks.
