is AVG firewall in built or taken from another firewall . And by the way how good is it if any\ one knows
Unfortunately there are no useful tests for evaluating firewalls packet filtering capability including AVG. So, excluding the inbound filtering that even microsoft firewall can achieve you can only look to the outbound control of programs (PC to internet) that is likely to be basic (little if no HIPS is present in the product) + no easy AUTO or cloud based configuration for known software (this was mentioned sometime ago by one wilders user).
