AVG AntiSpyware or SUPERAntiSpyware?

    To answer your question - there are 2 different versions of SAS. The free version which only provides the manual on-demand scan (ie. no realtime protection). The other is the trial version which offers the full protection (including realtime) for a period of 30 days. After this time, it will revert to the free version (ie. no more realtime protection).

    so the trial version of SAS acts similar to ewido? i didnt know it would turn into a free version.

    The trial of SUPERAntiSpyware Professional is a 15-day trial - after it expires, it fully expires. The SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition is 100% free and only limits the scheduled scanning and real-time protection.

    But if you download the free version and after sometime you buy the license you would turn it into professional version,right?

    Yes, that is correct - if you register the Free Edition it activates the real-time protection, automatic updates, and scheduled scanning.
