1. I am not that sure what P2P is, so I probably am not doing it. I am on a cable network behind a NAT router and I want to put the right shields in place (avast!) on this new XP home build that I am currently in the middle of. P2P is napster and kazaa and other file sharing, right ? If so, I don't do it. Does the P2P shield serve any other purpose in my case ? I do download Linux ISO install disks by bit torrent though. Same thing ? Need the P2P shield ? 2. I do not open web based mail at random. I don't think think that I need the web based e-mail shield unless it also serves another security purpose. 3. That leaves the other three shields. I believe that I read a post where a couple of the avast! gurus suggested using those three for sure. Please let me know... Thanks, B.
