    Hi,

Is there a good AV software that is able to scan AND to fix virus infected archives? F-Secure can scan archive but cannot fix them if they are infected. Can KAV do that?

btw which one is the best AV software on the market? ;)

Yes, Kav can do that, i have deleted a trojan inside a zip for example quite a few times (on-demand).:)

Well, I'd say it depends on the type of the archive, and also on the particular malware (I mean, deleting a worm from a ZIP archive is easier than repairing a macrovirus infected .DOC file inside of a RAR, for example).

KAV can detect and fix many more infected archive types than other AVs.
