    well I sent 3 emails to Mks and the last was 6 days ago . so you are spoilt . I think that most are aware of the shocking support of extendia (there non refund policy or no trial or no customer support policy )so i need not defend them here ,

    FYI I received a key from Kamil. Took a couple emails.

    Stay after it candle, just be nice and tell them you want to test it with the latest definitions. Different cultures, different attitudes regarding service so be patient and keep your expectations realistic.

    Re: updater... the heuristics and sandbox/code execution proxy should protect you no problems, this product isn't too dependant on signatures. Wouldn't worry about it.

    Something felt dodgy with eXtendia, glad I didn't buy it.
