I already know that, but that's a pathetic excuse used by Webroot when they get bad result and doesn't want AV-Comparative to publish them.

 

Excuse me? We weren't tested - we didn't get a bad result. There wasn't anything to publish and once AV-C tests something, they always publish it.

 

webroot did great in the last monthly i know some of the % was user interaction but i also know they are working to hopefully automate some of that as well but a score over 96% is nothing to complain about imo.

 

Actually it's 99.6% if you take the user interaction with it!

correct i was just speaking in general if any av scored over 96% no matter which i think the user is fine and should not switch out a av because of a test...

 

Most Test Threads I just read for amusement as most users jump ship because of bad results.
