Recently installed this program and was wondering if once installed it can automatically adjust the startup times of programs?

I notice that some programs have 'delayed' times next to them without me doing anything.

Can I just leave it as it is with the already delayed start times that have been automatically added?

If this does not cause your computer to start properly, you may leave it on Your computer, but generally not recommended. Windows already controls the startup of programs so that there is a .exe (explorer-based programs) delayed startup. This is usually 10 seconds, but you can change it if needed.
Use a program like the one you mentioned only in extreme cases or when you have a very old and slow computer.
However, it is advisable to use it for information purposes only and not to allow any changes to it. Also, disable it from starting automatically if you have already installed such a PUP.
General advice - Do not install any unnecessary and outdated "homebrew" and "handicraft" malware on your computer. Instal only such software what is useful, trusted and what You really need and use.
Try to forget everything you can find at chemtable com You don't need it never.

Not just that, but there is absolutely nothing necessary.
I would not comment further, because then certainly will appear someone who is well paid for propaganda. Everything is for sale, not for helping people. I think, You understand.

If you now say it's free, you're a little wrong. It's part of another program. This is to make you want to buy just this other program.

chemtable software is abandonned here - no one need that (paid) crap.
as kaljukass wrote, windows is able to adjust and optimze itself - since xp with prefetch, windows 8/10 have additional methods.

if you experience a slow startup you should investigate what software is running in autostart (autostart is a collection of locations)

windows also can tell you which program is slwoing your system down, either in "event viewer" or Taskmanager
