Automatically split files/archives using AES encryption

Was looking for a program that would automatically split archives and files in every folder using AES encryption. You know how when you select several files and right click and go to 7-Zip then Add to Archive. On the Add to Archive window you can encrypt the file and the file names. There is other options to like Update mode: Add and replace files etc..

I want a program that will archive and split the files and replace the files and encrypt them. Say split them into 1203 MB files so 4 files will fit on a 4.7 GB disc. I used 7-Zip as a example. If the program can use another archive program or use its own compression that is fine as long as it does AES encryption
