Automatic samples submitting

I am just curious:

Would you agree with AV software which would have option to automatically submit (if you check the checkbox) via email nasties picked up by heuristics?

This proposed feature could help to improve reaction time....

 

Bitdefender has something similar; it phones home to report on any infections, but only if given permmission by the user during install or through the settings panel. No samples are sent, but Bitdefender is able to track infections this way.

I have no problem with sending infection reports, but am undecided if I'd be comfortable with automatic sample submitting. Depends on the details I guess. Perhaps I'd be more comfortable if it didn't use my own email account to accomplish the transfer.
