    Hi,
Quick question - can nod32 be configured to automatically scan usb devices when they're inserted? If so how?
    Thanks for your help

Don't know about forcing an On-Demand scan, but you can have them included in the Real-Time scan.

In the Advanced Setup Tree > Real-time file system protection
Almost center to the window, the subsection "Media to scan", select Removable media.

If you really want an On-Demand scan, there's other software out there that will trigger a command-line. You could use something like that to run the NOD32 command-line scanner against the drive, but you'll probably run into drive-letter issues when you inserted the second flash drive.
