Attack not blocked

In surfing, I have been contaminated by virtumonde.
Smart Security was unable to block the attack, or even erase it!

I had inadvertently clicked on save the following:

I checked the file, it seems it was undetected by all but one AV (which flagged it as suspicious just due to the packer which might produce false positives on clean files), today it's detected by 2 more AV programs and ESET's products will detect it shortly. If you suspect your computer being infected, please send a log from ESET SysInspector to samples[at]eset.com with this thread's url enclosed.
