ATI 10 Acronis loader crash

i build a bootable rescue cd, when i boot on, acronis loader crash.

i have make a backup of my primary partition C: whithout pb. when i try to restore it, acronis loader crash.

os : xp pro sp2
cpu : intel dual core
primary hard disk on IDE interface
secondary hard disk on SATA II interface
mother board ASUS P5B
Acronis True Image Home V10.0 build 4871

Could you help me ?

 

There is a newer build availabe from you registration logon. Each new version has newer drivers.

Have you tried booting from the Recovery CD or is this error occuring via a Windows reboot?

Boot up from the Recovery Cd and see if your SATA drive is accessible.

 

Thank you for your help, i update my acronis home edition V10.0 with 4942 build edition and loader doesn't crash.
I can boot on my rescue cd and i can see all hard disk ide and SATA.

Now i try to bachup primary partirion C: and restrore it
