Artemis and BackDoor Generic13

My AV program found the Backdoor Generic13 trojan on my Win XP system so I decided to follow the directions given on the Wilder site (https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=50662) for eliminating viruses. I have only gone through the steps once as it took several hours to do this and I am hoping by looking at my Hijack this log may show whether I am clean now. The scans done while in safe mode also found and eliminated the Artemis trojan. I ran most of the programs except Adaware which has never run properly for me and Zone Alarm which interfers with my network music player and is hard to remove. Here is my HijackThis log after the steps were taken.
